**About the role**:
With your tech savviness and excellent attention to detail, you will be the link between our manufacturing, dispatching and sales team ensuring the overall completions, production scheduling, support and stock management are accurately and promptly completed.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will utilise your administration skills to conclude all completions paperwork that comes through and monitor jobs in progress to ensure lead times are met and keep sales and dispatch teams in the loop.

**Your daily task**:

- Accurate daily data entry and recording of processing, receipting and completion of manufactured goods into our ERP system (NetSuite)
- Keep an open communication line between the production, dispatch, and sales team to provide updated order information
- Liaise with the production, dispatch, and sales teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in the system
- Generate packing slips upon final completions are filed for the dispatch team

**Skills**
- Display great MS Office skills and high attention to detail
- Solid administration skills, preferably in the roofing, steel, manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite would be advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to process data accurately
