As our Māori Equity Lead you will be part of a new, innovative and dynamic team that will lead the integration of equity principles and Te Tiriti o Waitangi values, into the development and delivery of services. **Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team**

Equity is everyone - s responsibility across Te Whatu Ora, MHAIDS. The Equity Māori Lead role is part of the Māori Leader Group under MHAIDS Director, Māori. The purpose of the Equity Lead, is to provide stewardship and advice to the Senior Leaders in the MHAIDS Tamariki and Rangatahi sector.

**Moū - About you**

Other key skills and experience we are looking for:

- Experience with Te Reo Māori
- A full New Zealand drivers license
- A tertiary qualifcation and significant work experience in a related field
- Experience in providing equity input and advice at an operational and service delivery level with ability to plan and deliver effective analysis of health inequities
