The **Albany, North Shore branch** is our **flagship store** and a cornerstone of our Auckland operations. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our high-performing team and help us drive the business forward. This is a unique opportunity to work in our busiest and most critical location, where you'll play a central role in maintaining our high standards and contributing to the long-term success of the entire group.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives on teamwork, and wants to be part of something more meaningful than “just another job.”

**What You’ll Be Doing**
Yes, you’ll be assisting customers in-store - but there’s a lot more to it. You’ll also:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they feel valued and supported
- Create rental agreements, process payments, and manage invoices with accuracy
- Coordinate vehicle returns, servicing, and handovers
- Keep the branch and fleet looking professional and well-presented
- Bring fresh ideas and energy to everyday operations

This is a proactive role where your initiative will make a real difference.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous customer service experience (bonus if it’s in rentals, logistics, automotive, or related fields)
- A friendly, professional, and proactive approach to helping customers
- Confidence with digital systems and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- A genuine interest in contributing to the success of a growing branch
- A Full Class 1 NZ Driver’s Licence (required)
- A Class 2 licence (a definite plus)
