This role is part of the Digital and Customer Experience domain of CCS PDD with a focus on our externally facing digital services, myIR and Gateway Services. Those successful in these roles will work alongside our digital teams and constructively advocate for our external users within Inland Revenue decisions.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join Inland Revenue’s digital experience team. You will be given the training and development to solve complex problems and deliver customer experiences that help Inland Revenue’s customers meet their tax obligations digitally.
As a new member of an established team, you’ll gain experience supporting the tax system millions of New Zealanders rely on every day. You will learn to develop new features and functionality for our myIR online experience. This is the perfect junior role to set yourself up with a sought-after skillset and career path.
In this varied role you will:
- Work with customer experience designers to identify solutions to support customers
- Gathering business requirements to support developers
- Participate in definition of the technical solutions
- Working with our design patterns, develop content, user flows, and experiences for our customers
- Unit test and experience test the myIR solution with a focus on the different persona’s impacted by the change
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance the myIR experience.
