We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Corporate Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be the key operational contact for all advisers of group schemes, responsible for administering and managing a portfolio of key accounts and delivering an end-to-end customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining appropriate communication within and between functional areas- Completing administrative tasks- Escalating unresolved operational issues- Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, including Advisers and Third Party Administrators- Assisting the Corporate Solutions Specialist Manager and Corporate Solutions Team in driving process, product, and service improvement

Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in administration- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguous problems- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service ethic- Excellent organization and time management skills- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and self-manage- Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining great relationships both externally and internally- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
