**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Helpdesk Manager** to join the Corporate Solutions team in our **Wellington CBD** office.
We are looking for a positive and client-focused professional to lead our motivated team of Helpdesk Coordinators, enabling our facilities management services nationally.
**The value you’ll add**
- Lead and mentor the Helpdesk team
- Provide technical training, enabling the growth of our team members
- Assist to develop, implement, and effectively manage processes
- Coordinate day-to-day team responsibilities to ensure contract requirements fulfilled
- Ensure exceptional service and enhance the client experience
- Assist to manage health, safety, risk, and compliance
- Collaborate and provide support to the team Directors
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience leading a team
- Ability to manage compliant Health & Safety policy and processes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using building or property management software would be a plus
