Using the PayGlobal system, you'll handle payroll queries, maintain compliance with policies and regulations, and assist in preparing reports and reconciling accounts.

The Payroll Team is part of the Citycare Group Finance function which supports all four businesses within the Group: Citycare Property, Citycare Water, Spencer Henshaw and Apex Water. Group Finance sits within the Citycare Property business.

This is your chance to grow your expertise and be a vital part of a professional Payroll Team.

We’re seeking a payroll professional with experience in large payroll cycles, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity and discretion in handling employee pay and personal information.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Payroll.
- Working knowledge of payroll best practice and New Zealand payroll related legislation and requirements.
- Prior experience with using PayGlobal.
- Familiarity with collective agreements.
- Strong computing skills, including Microsoft Office.

**Key Attributes**:

- Strong planning, organisational ability and self-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A high level of attention to detail to maintain accurate payroll records, calculations and reporting.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
