This is an exciting newly created Master Data Analytics Lead Role in our Data, Analytics & Strategy tīma (team). This tūranga (role) is to tautoko (support) the development of BNZs master data management (MDM) strategy with a particular focus on analytic data. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We spoke with the Head of Master Data Management (who you'd report to), and she gave us some great insight on what to expect with this tūranga (role):
What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Deeply understanding customer data, business and technology.
- Bringing colleagues on a journey of building and understanding data products.
- Bringing people together to collaborate on the identification and ingestion of analytic data.
- Mahi (work) closely with architecture, business analysts and technology teams to ensure the right data is showing up in the right way for the business.
- Help build a roadmap for a single view of the kiritaki (customer) in analytic data.

**What is the team culture and environment like?**

You will be joining a small but growing tīma (team) with a big remit to solve exciting problems together.

This role will mainly be focussed on how we mahi (work) with our business and technology colleagues to create a trusted analytic view of our ngā kiritaki (customers) to understand them and better meet their needs.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

This role offers a huge challenge with autonomy and flexibility to find the best solution.

As this is a new role there is not a clear pathway, we need to define the way forward to meet business objectives. This provides a great chance to make your mark on the role
