We are looking for a flexible and driven individual for a Master Data Controller role in a large facilities management company.

This is a permanent Full-Time position. With an ASAP start, the role reports to the SAP & Master Data Solutions Manager and will be based at our National Support Office in Eden Terrace, Auckland.

**About the role**:
You will support the payroll team with master data entry. This role works closely with the master data team and the payroll team.

Key responsibilities:

- Setup of all master data in systems included within the OCS ANZ
- Ensure data received meets the requirements for ‘setup’ and fulfils all necessary criteria
- Ensure data is entered according to the master data definitions
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- On-going & periodic maintenance of all master data to ensure data integrity & uniformity
- Ensure all reporting is accurate and completed
- Complete regular internal system audits

**Skills and experience required**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Exposure to Salesforce, CE, SAP systems
- Good knowledge of product information and maintaining data standards
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft office suite.
- Accurate data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and the ability to plan and multitask
- Good customer skills
- Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team
