This position is for a permanent, part time contract.

The role consists of assisting with AR and AP processes whilst also assisting with administrative tasks related to payroll and accounting practices. It works closely with the finance and payroll department as well as having daily interaction with the Project Managers and Operations team.

The business is an interiors construction company and we operate in the Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Northland regions. The position is located in Silverdale at the head office and hours will range from 20-30 per week.

This role requires somebody with:

  • Competence and confidence with technology and computers
  • Be able to learn systems and software quickly and thoroughly
  • Work in a team environment
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to daily changes and requests
