**The Ministry of Health Violence Intervention Programme**:
Family Violence is common, with its effects evidenced to significantly impact on health and well-being across a person's lifetime. The Ministry of Health's (MOH) Violence Intervention Programme supports health based family violence programmes throughout New Zealand focussed on early intervention, for long term prevention of harm.

**The role**:
Are you looking to make a difference to improve the safety and wellbeing of survivors of family violence? Then, we have an exciting opportunity for you - the FVIP Coordinator/Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating a service to reduce the health impact of family violence through the implementation and maintenance of the Ministry of Health FVIP Guidelines; Child and Partner Abuse with Te Whatu Ora - Lakes.
Salary Range $94,307 - $110,949

**About you**:
We are looking for a person with strong leadership skills, who is focused on delivering outputs/outcomes, is motivated, dynamic, and a great communicator.

**Required skills and experience**:
Senior practice experience, with proven leadership capability.
Proven highly effective written and verbal communication.
Above average organisation skills.
A sound knowledge of quality management and evidence of embedding this into clinical practice.
Proven people management - performance management, conflict resolution and team building.
