**About the opportunity**:
We're looking for a **Sales Specialist** to be based at our Mt Wellington fresh produce market. In this role, you'll sell and procure across all of our fruit and vegetable categories and maintain strong relationships with our customers and growers.

Key responsibilities include;
- Grow supply and sales to maximise T&G Fresh's market share.
- Build long term sustainable relationships with customers and growers
- Drive the product portfolio's revenue and margin performance
- Create and implement product promotional programmes with key customers
- Utilise market knowledge to actively look for new business opportunities

This is an interactive sales role on our market floor which is open to customers for trading from 4am. Due to the nature of our industry, flexibility is required to respond to customers and growers throughout the day. During our peak season, rostered weekend work is also required.

**About you**:
Our new Sales Specialist has proven sales experience and an understanding of the FMCG and/or Horticulture sector. You have exceptional communication and relationship management skills, and the ability to negotiate and drive profitable sales. The world of fresh produce moves fast, so you'll need top time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to solve logístical challenges against the clock.**_
