Join Our Team as a Digital Sales Specialist at WM Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and sustainability? WM New Zealand is seeking a talented Digital Sales Specialist to be a key player in our mission to address resource recovery challenges and drive value for our micro B2B customers.

**About the role**:
As an office-based Sales Specialist, you will be engaging with a portfolio of current WMNZ micro B2B customers over the phone to pursue leads, cross-sell, and upsell our offerings. Your mission to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. This is a great role for someone with a couple of year sales experience who wants to progress their career over time into more senior roles within the WMNZ Sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the WM team to positively impact overall revenue growth.
- Develop and present an active Territory Management Plan for effective time and effort investment.
- Identify and cultivate contacts and networks for lead generation, promoting WM products and services to SME markets.
- Nurture and convert leads provided by our Customer Success team.
- Ensure up-to-date CRM data with a weekly refresh of accurate pipeline information.
- Manage a high-velocity sales cycle, engaging decision-makers and closing sales in accordance with pricing guidelines.
- Follow up for repeat business, negotiating and handling objections effectively.

**Qualifications**
About you:

- 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- An interest in developing strong sales skills, with a customer solution mindset.
- Experience in customer support or issue resolution.
- Computer proficiency and excellent phone communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
