Hasbro Pacific has an exciting opportunity for an **Assistant Sales Specialist** to join our team in New Zealand The **Assistant Sales Specialist **will provide support to the NZ sales team to deliver customer account plans and financial targets.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support account managers with reporting of sales and inventory data from multiple data points.
- Prepare product submissions in line with Range Review calendar.
- Maintain and update product information across both internal and customer facing reports.
- Organize and follow up merchandise samples for buying teams.
- Co-ordinate and prepare the monthly priorities and tasks for the sales merchandising team.
- Provide administrative support for the ongoing growth and development of Ecommerce.

**You will bring to the Role**
- Passionate about a career in Sales and enthusiastic to learn
- Strong excel skills with the ability to efficiently manipulate data from multiple data sources
- Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Exceptional organisation skills, able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborative approach with a real interest in building trusting relationships both internally and externally
- Works interpedently and contributes as part of a team
- Positive and inquisitive attitude - looks for opportunities to grow, improve, simplify
- Experience using SAP (desirable)
- Tertiary educated or equivalent work experience in Sales or Business-related discipline
