This role is strictly Wellington based due to the in-person requirement of the position. **He angitutanga**:_About the Role_ Reporting to the Manager Operations, this role is one of two Service Desk Analysts who support internal TEC team members by providing first level technical support, sharing information, and providing training. This is a permanent, full-time position, 37.5 hours per week based in TEC's modern office space at 44 The Terrace, Wellington. - Identifying and troubleshooting IT related problems/requests - Providing TEC staff with support and advice concerning IT related issues - Providing technical assistance as the go-to for any support related to our computer systems, hardware, and software. **He korero mou**_:_**_ What we are looking for:_ We are looking for someone who is keen to take ownership of identifying, troubleshooting and resolving IT related incidents/requests and protect the desktop environment via monthly patching compliance.
