ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
Are you an intermediate Insights/Research Analyst ready to ignite change and shape the future of our organisation? As a pivotal member of our team, you'll collaborate directly with the MX/CX Analyst, driving research initiatives that deliver exceptional member and customer experience.

**Your Impactful Responsibilities**:

- Support internal stakeholders with research project analysis and build strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage external research partnerships, maintaining data hygiene and GDPR compliance.
- Transform survey data into insights—tables, graphs, written narratives, and recommendations to the organisation on how to maximise our offering.

ABOUT YOU - HE KŌRERO MŌU

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Be able to effectively translate data and offer informed advice that supports business decisions
- Demonstrate an intermediate level of research and data analysis skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a collaborative member of the team
- Experience with Qualtrics and Tableau (or similar)
