We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Transformation Manager to join our Transformation Team. This team are at the heart of improving the experience for our people and our customers, helping us deliver better, sooner and safer solutions. **Te Tūranga | The role**: The key focus of the Senior Business Transformation Manager will be helping identify, lead, and deliver key process improvements that enhance our front-line team's experience, and ultimately transform our customer experience. You'll identify, create and present business cases for investment in new systems and automation tools, as well as well as use a consultative engagement approach, Lean Sigma methodology and other tools to identify and lead projects for key improvement opportunities. If you're interested in an opportunity to shape the tools used by our frontline people and grow some nifty skillskeep reading This is a permanent position, based at North Wharf. **Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?** - We are looking for someone that has a sound background in banking / financial services consulting or service-related industry experience. - You'll be a good problem solver, have great stakeholder management skills and have the ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure. - Possess distinct analytical skills and understanding of statistical concepts and be able to translate them into practical information. - Previous experience working with end-to-end projects in a large organisation, and ideally also have either a Six Sigma, Lean or a Work Smart Qualification - Experience in technology, automation, transformation, or areas such as user experience, processes, tech capabilities and compliance will serve you well in this role **He aha tāu e hoki mai ai? | What will you get in return?** **Company/Culture**: ASB is more than just a place to work.
