At Kiwibank, we’re on a mission to make Kiwi better off. We’re looking for a Transformation Data Analyst to join our Orchestration team—bringing sharp analytical thinking, innovative visualisation skills, and a curiosity to uncover insights that drive meaningful business decisions.

As a Transformation Data Analyst at Kiwibank, you'll play a key role in solving complex business challenges by analysing, presenting, and visualising data to drive informed decision-making. You'll develop impactful dashboards, reports, and rapid prototypes that uncover insights from customer and business data, while collaborating closely with the Transformation Orchestration team to ensure timely, strategic contributions. You'll champion data storytelling through workshops and coaching, setting standards for visual excellence, and will design, build, and maintain a library of reusable models and templates to boost team efficiency and insight delivery.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Proven experience in data analysis, visualisation (e.g. Power BI), and storytelling that turns insight into action.
- Hands-on skills in SQL, Python and/or R, with a track record in handling complex datasets.
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate the “why” behind the numbers.
- Knowledge of agile product lifecycle, data wrangling, and business-focused analytics techniques.
- Knowledge of delivery lifecycle and benefits realisation.
