**In this key role you’ll**
- Retain life insurance customers through proactive inbound/outbound activities, exceeding department metrics.
- Enhance customer experience by addressing concerns to improve retention rates.
- Identify cancellation causes and tailor conversations to address customer concerns.
- Align product features with customer needs to re-sell value and generate referrals.
- Demonstrate care with patience, professionalism, and respect in every interaction.Utilize retention tools effectively to tailor conversations and restructure coverage.
**To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring**
- A history of prioritising customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities to understand and address customer needs.
- Experience in customer service and retention.
- Proven ability to build rapport and retain customers through skilled negotiation and influencing.
- A track record of success in sales roles.
- Possess experience in financial services, with familiarity in insurance products being a plus.
