Your ability to nurture clients through the process and reengage them will be critical to your success. It is expected that you will spend 80% of your time working to retrain and retain, with the remainder to nurture clients through to renewal. You will have exceptional communications skill and influencing language skills. This role requires someone with strong influencing language and end to end sales experience. One where your ability to build relationships and rapport both internally and externally is critical to your success. You will have experience in a similar role, where you have worked to retention and engagement metrics. You will have your diary booked by our bookings team meaning more time to speak with clients about their pain points. You will be driven to learn a new industry where your relationship management skills are transferable.
