They are very well regarded as an employer which values people and invests significantly in their on-going development. This role has been created to provide strategic leadership to people and capability building across the company.

**About the role**:
This is a senior role which reports to the Chief Executive and works very closely with the Chief Operating Officer. It will have a strong focus on organisational development to underpin and enable the business and its people to deliver great outcomes for their clients. It has a healthy mix of strategic and operational, hands-on flavour.

This will encompass organisational learning, knowledge development and transformational culture, values and behavior changes which are aligned with vision, purpose and values to support the execution of business strategy. Key accountabilities include;
- the development of robust and innovative people processes covering, learning and mentoring, performance appraisal and review systems, approaches to remuneration, and recruitment and retention,
- providing HR leadership across the business to enable operational leaders to develop their capability, and lead the small HR team,
- regularly communicating with the business to inform it of HR initiatives, as well as providing monthly reports to the Board,

**About you**:
