This position is located in the Wellington region and has two direct reports.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

**You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have**:

- At least three years previous experience working in leadership development at a senior level
- Previous experience mentoring and coaching staff
- An understanding of the machinery of government
- Previous experience working in learning and development
- Previous experience developing frameworks or models
- Facilitation and coaching experience

A tertiary qualification in human resources is **highly desirable**.
