The Coca-Cola Europacific Partners HR team are looking for a new Rewards Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent contract. **Your Impact**
You’ll assist with all remuneration activity, including job evaluations, out of cycle reviews, incentive schemes, and contributing to salary surveys. You’ll support our annual Remuneration and Incentive Review process across all Pacific business units, alongside other responsibilities including:

- Administration of the benefits offering across the workforce
- Project management of our company-wide gifts and recognition programs
- Support on Gender and Pay equity analysis
- Master data integration project

Key to this role will be assisting with the modelling, analysis, and implementation of a new remuneration structure, working with external consultants and technology support to embed this into our HRIS. We’re looking at a new approach to remuneration, in collaboration with our European business units. This role is reporting into the Reward & Services Manager and joins a high-performing HR team.

**About You**
You have at least 1-year solid experience working within a Remuneration role, ideally within a large, multinational organization, and have managed at least one remuneration review. A broad understanding of the NZ labour and benefits landscape rounds out this experience.

You’ll need Advanced Excel and data modelling skills, with the ability to analyse, generate, and present meaningful insights on dashboards.
- Pivot/Elmo experience is a plus
- SAP SuccessFactors is ideal but not essential, but you will need experience in another large HRIS

This role is responsible for the delivery of several projects - the strategy has been set, and we’re looking for someone who can ‘do the do’. You’ll bring rock solid project management, with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced organisation.
