Jayva is a specialist consultancy firm, providing training and business consulting services to law firms across the UK, Ireland, New Zealand and the USA.

We have offices in each of our regions, however many of our team work remotely from their home office, as the Cloud based technology we use allows us to work from anywhere, any time.

We deliver training and consultancy services on a variety of different case and practice management systems, but our largest partner product is LEAP Legal Software which operates in all our regions, as well as Canada.

Due to the continued success of LEAP globally, we are looking for Implementation Consultants to join our team, and it is envisaged that a large proportion of the work will be on the LEAP system.

LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

They work with smart people who get things done, which is exactly the Jayva ethos and why the partnership works so well.

The Role:
The role will be diverse and exciting. This opportunity will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. We are working with a dynamic group of partners and software vendors in a fast-paced environment, and they are entrusting us with the delivery of the implementation of their system.

As Implementation Consultant, you will need to provide excellent quality training and consultancy to our law firm clients both via video-conferencing/remote technology as well as visits to the client office.

Our Operations team will provide invaluable support, ensuring client appointments and queries are handled so that you can ensure your time is fully attributed to helping the clients embrace the new technology and configure it according to their business needs.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Delivering End User Training on the LEAP Case Management System
- Delivering Super User training on Word Automation, templating and Precedent coding.
- Delivering Time Recording & Billing Training
- Delivering Legal Bookkeeper training on all aspects of Trust, Office and GL accounting.
- Setting up Letterheads, Bill Templates and Precedents for the firm
- Deliver GO LIVE Support and 1-1 sessions for clients who need further guidance and support
- Provide value adding consultancy on best practice whilst undertaking your role or for firm’s looking to take their ROI in the LEAP software to the next level.
- Assisting project management and operational staff with project queries.

Key selection criteria:

- Legal Sector experience is Essential
- At least 3 years of working in a Law Firm/Solicitors Practice or Legal Tech Vendor firms.
- Confident Presentation skills & effective training delivery style
- Clear and concise communication
- Enthusiastic and personable approach
- Effective client relationship building skills
- Self-motivated
- Problem solving skills
- Effective work management
- Proficient in MS Office and strong IT Literacy generally
- Strong commitment to deliver exceptional client service
- Great team player
