You will be working in a diverse and dedicated team that works to ensure that Aotearoa is getting good health outcomes by providing up to date and robust policy advice.

***Skills and experience required**:
As an experienced Senior Policy Advisor, you will have experience leading successful work programmes and be able to hand ambiguous problems and solve with them innovated ideas. You will also have the ability and be comfortable mentoring junior members of staff.

- Experience leading successful work programmes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of machinery of government and political nous
- Understanding and commitment to improving health equity outcomes
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
