**Location**: WellingtonContract: Permanent - full timeAbout the roleOur Senior Policy Advisors, work collaboratively across the wider Policy team to support, advise, and influence decision-making on key issues and opportunities for improving the current, medium and long-term wellbeing of Pacific Peoples in Aotearoa. What you'll bring As an experienced Senior Advisor, you'll have a good background and knowledge of policy and will have the skills and ability to provide evidence-based policy advice and influence stakeholders by forming high-quality relationships that will make significant change. You will also bring an understanding and appreciation for Pacific peoples' culture and values, including awareness of the Lalanga Fou vision.We are looking for skills, and experience in the following areas
- Policy experience working at a senior level, ideally in New Zealand government and have worked across social policy or population-based policy
- Experience in delivering social policy projects and researching, developing, and delivering policy advice
