**Programme Coordinator | Auckland Central & East Region**:
- Salary range: B04 $68,660.00 to $83,003.00
- Permanent Full-Time Role
- Co-Location: Mt Albert and Mt Eden Service Centres
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator who excels in relationship management, is results-oriented, and brings energy and enthusiasm to the role. In this **co-located** position across the **Mt Albert and Mt Eden Service Centres**, you will help match clients with training programmes tailored to their needs, contributing to the success and growth of the community.
**What you'll be doing | He aha tau e mahi ana**
- Keep frontline staff informed about training opportunities and ensure participation numbers and deadlines are met for existing contracts.
- Work closely with clients to identify suitable training programmes.
- Champion the skills gap report and collaborate with others in the region to coordinate programme referrals and facilitate relationships between multiple sites and training providers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of programmes and outcomes.

- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- An understanding of how to record and analyse information.
A minimum of a Restricted NZ Driver License is essential, as is the ability to travel around the Auckland Central and East region.
**Position Description**
Salary range: $68,660.00 - $83,003.00
Salary is aligned to your skills, knowledge, and relevant work experience.
