Te Toka Tumai is currently seeking for a training and development coordinator who will be responsible for the on-going development, delivery and evaluation of training and development programmes for all relevant Hospital Operations staff, predominantly for the orderly services. You will be co-ordinating quality initiatives within Hospital Operations by working with the key stakeholders to deliver and evaluate quality systems and processes.

As an experienced Training and Development Coordinator, you will be expected to:

- Facilitate the education of Hospital Operations to the team by providing support while working closely with the operations manager, supervisors, senior nurses and team leaders.
- Regularly monitor action plans, provide support and coordinate reporting, progress and feedback
- Conduct audits of training and identify future areas for development and improvement

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- Previous experience as a trainer/educator and/or quality officer
- Had involvement in development and delivery of quality initiatives, systems and processes
- Strong verbal and written skills with ability to communicate across all levels of staff
- Excellent time management skills

This is a permanent full-time position; fully rostered shifts Monday to Sunday on a 24 hour rotation.
