HR Generalist - Wellington - Up to $120,000

**Your new company**
We are working with a great, Wellington based organisation who are looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist to join them on a permanent basis. You will work in a small and friendly corporate services team, managing all people and culture related queries and processes.

**Your new role**
You will be the point of contact for all employees and managers for all HR matters. You will work closely with managers across the organisation to provide advice and coach on best practice. You will be responsible for periodic employee surveys, collating and reporting back to the ELT on the findings while pro actively developing new initiatives. You will take charge of all Recruitment activity for the organisation and also have responsibility for running the payroll process.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful for the role, you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of employment law. You will have independently worked on ER cases and be able to confidently advise managers and employees at all levels on policy and procedure. Previous exposure to running Payroll would also be an advantage.
