You’ll be joining an organisation with a great culture, where people are passionate about their work and where there is already a focus on people and their development.
**The role**
Reporting to the HR Director and part of a small HR team you will be fully immersed in providing advice and guidance to the staff. You’ll get the opportunity to be involved in projects for example an up-and-coming HRIS implementation, graduate recruitment and supporting the internships. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills and in return the company is looking for a proactive and hands on HR professional with an exceptional customer service ethic and a drive to go the extra mile.
**What you bring.**
You’ll already have generalist HR experience under your belt and you’re looking to extend and grow. You’ll have strong relationship building skills and be comfortable working closely with a highly specialised and educated staff base. You’ll bring a high work ethic, and you’ll be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into whatever needs doing. You’ll also be highly organised and be comfortable working with managers to find solutions.
