**Your new company**

Our client is a well known brand and they have an opportunity for a highly motivated HR Generalist with a strong interest and expertise in ER to join their high performing team.

**Your new role**

Managing a portfolio across NZ and Aus, you'll provide generalist HR support whilst primarily working across ER supporting with ER Case Management.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll have a minimum of 3 years Generalist HR experience, with a thorough working knowledge of NZ employment legislation and a background of managing ER cases through to completion. Experience of Australian employment law is beneficial although not essential

You'll enjoy a busy workload where your proactive style and excellent problem-solving skills will be well utilised. Exceptional relationship building skills will be a given along with the ability to prioritise and get things done.

This role is for 6 months, the successful applicant will be able to commit to the length of the contract.
