**Business Systems Analysis Practice Lead** **IKS - Science & Business Solutions** **Mt Albert, Auckland** **Vacancy number: 57339** **Permanent fulltime (38 hours per week)** Lead the evolution of Business Systems Analysis in our organisation by setting standards and encouraging best practices while supporting staff across the organisation who are undertaking BA work and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua** As the Practice Lead, you will manage a small team of in-house and contract BAs and collaborate with functional areas across the organisation to ensure that business processes are well-documented, fit-for-purpose, and up-to-date. You'll work closely to develop change processes, prioritise system enhancements, and ensure smooth updates to production releases. As a strong advocate for the role of business systems analysis in the organisation, you'll play a key role in raising the profile of the role by supporting the prioritisation of investments in business, science, and core digital systems.
