**About the role**:
This is an exciting position, that will see you lead a team of 10 - 12 Customer Care Reps (CCRs) in our new inbound Christchurch Customer Care Centre on Orchard Road. You will be in a position that directly impacts and influences the culture and performance of the CCRs and how this translates to our customer's experience.

**Much of your time will be**:

- Mentoring and coaching your team
- Championing the change and transformation occurring within our business
- Driving expectations of performance as well as ensuring we are operationally sound in our processes.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in leading a high performing team
- Ability to coach and mentor as well as providing feedback
- Comfortable working alone (your direct report will be in Auckland)
- Resilience and the ability to motivate yourself
- Previous experience managing KPI's and targets
- Previous experience working with quality improvement processes

**Important Details**:
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm either home based, office based or a mixture of both.

**Start Date**: 25th of October (Training in Auckland for 4 days) - Official start with your team on the 26th of October

**Training**: 26 Oct - 18 Nov, Monday to Friday 8 - 4:30pm conducted in person at 145 Orchard Road, Christchurch.
