**The Role**
We are on the hunt for an experienced Customer and Stakeholder Advisor to represent the Transport team in building strong and resilient relationships with the local community, our client, and other key stakeholders.

Your dual focus will be coordinating communications from external stakeholders and supporting the Customer and Stakeholder Manager with administrative and general office tasks. Specifically, the effective communication of project plans and programs to relevant stakeholder’s, diplomatic handing of stakeholder concerns, and assisting with the delivery of site month-end reports. You will be the first point of contact for the site and will provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.

**About you**
- **NZ Full Driver’s License is essential**:

- Flexible and proactive to the needs of stakeholders and the business
- Have a professional telephone manner and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong customer service skills
- The ability to effectively manage and escalate all requests, complaints and notifications from the public and our clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Thrives under pressure
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Social media savvy would be advantageous
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

This is a junior role that will suit someone with a Communications background and a passion for customer service and stakeholder management.
