**About the role**
As Senior Customer Contracts Advisor, you’ll liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to manage the scoping and contracting of a large volume of technically and commercially complex customer-initiated projects, providing sound commercial and technical advice.

You’ll work with new and existing industrial, commercial and residential customers to establish their requirements, develop the scope and agree commercial terms with technical and legal support to enable delivery by our customer programme team.

You’ll also be responsible for managing project risk and maintaining accurate, up-to-date project records during the project design and contracting stage.

**Who we are looking for**
- You’ll have a track record of customer relationship management in complex environments
- Ideally you’ll come from a technical environment, with a familiarity with technical/engineering concepts
- You’ll have an understanding of project methodology, and experience of project lifecycles
- You’ll be adept at thinking strategically, with a sound understanding of commercial contracting terms
