**The role**:
This is a brand new part time role, created to support in the delivery of our DEI strategy. You’ll be working closely with our global DEI team, in-market P+C teams and local employee networks to deliver the strategy, with the full support of our CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and sitting alongside the Global P+C Lead team, you’ll be part of a supportive team that is passionate, committed and loves to have fun. You’ll be empowered to bring the DEI strategy to life, inspiring our teammates globally.

We have ambitious goals as part of our strategy - The Game Plan, and you will play an integral role in enabling our delivery of this. You’ll have ownership to deliver the DEI strategy and you’ll play a lead role in embedding DEI into our organisation.

On top of your exceptional DEI toolkit, success will require a positive and dynamic attitude, ability to effectively engage with teammates at all levels of the business, and strength in collaboration and project delivery.
