We are currently recruiting a Global Payroll Lead to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This role can be based at one of our offices in either Auckland, New Zealand or Victoria, Australia.

Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager based in Australia, you will lead and be accountable for all payrolls for Visy in NZ, Singapore, Vietnam, UK and USA, through VPC, ADP, SAP and all the interfaces that are feeding to and from the payroll.

The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the payrolls and associated vendor payments across all countries based on the cycle.

The role ensures that any legislative changes are updated and tested in all systems before deployment to production.

You will work with your peers in other countries to simplify and document processes for training of payroll teams and to ensure the removal of single points of failure, and you will lead and coach a team of 4 Payroll Officers across AU and NZ.

Your demonstrated experience in Payroll and knowledge of NZ legislation, along with extensive experience in SAP and advanced Excel, will set you up for success in this role.
