Sandfield is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, working alongside our Head of Marketing and our Content Writers. The role offers a huge amount of variety across 4 different software brands under the Sandfield umbrella.

This means we are looking for someone who has that genuine curiosity and excitement for technology, knows how to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and is a true self starter.

**Requirements**:
In a nutshell, you will be tasked to:

- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Spearhead Sandfield’s digital content strategy, understanding audience preferences and tailoring our content to meet them

Content Management:

- Oversee Sandfield’s content calendar, including creating, scheduling and managing all digital communications across our suite of brands and platforms we use.
- Optimise our websites by developing/improving landing pages, leveraging content and improving SEO rankings.

Digital Advertising:

- Oversee our digital advertising initiatives, recommending strategic investments aligned with our objectives
- Convert our marketing roadmap into effective digital ad campaigns
- Drive performance analysis of our digital marketing efforts, tracking reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Manage our CRM and automations, including lead conversion and customer success.
- Develop straightforward landing pages and blog posts to complete customer journeys
