Kōrero mō te Tūranga - About the role
We have an exciting Reporting Analyst role within the Digital Portfolio Office. The role will provide you with the opportunity to provide high quality coordination, portfolio analysis and reporting of Digital performance and be part of a fun and high performing team.
**In this role, you would have the opportunity to**:
- Work closely with project professionals in soliciting, validating, and collating information for reporting.
- Work with the Manager Digital Portfolio and the BA Capability Lead to drive and support a high performing Digital Portfolio practice.
- Provide us with insights on portfolio performance and visually meaningful reports and dashboards to support executive-level governance forums.
Mōu - About You
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record on delivering quality reporting ideally with a good working understanding of Power BI. You'll be a trusted expert, proactive with a can-do attitude with a good eye for process improvement.
**In addition to the above, we are seeking an applicant with**:
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- The ability to develop collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated and experience working in an adaptive fast paced team.
- Previous experience working in an EPMO/PMO.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, analytical tools including data visualisation skills.
- An understanding of the range of portfolio, programme, and project management (P3M) approaches and central government reporting requirements
- Contribute to our fun and high-performing culture within the Digital Portfolio Practice.
