As a Store Manager at H&M, you are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in your store by creating a plan to deliver a great customer experience. - You prioritise and take actions in your store that have a clear impact on sales in line with your Area Team

- The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly to all team members
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development
