The Centre Director is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the delivery of high-quality education and care within the Centre. The Centre Director is responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of care, education and support are implemented for Staff, Children and Families within a local community service.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience/Skills**:

- At least Diploma qualified, ideally Advanced Diploma or Bachelor qualified or equivalent qualification
- Senior First Aid and CPR qualification
- Hold a current and recognized Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Relevant State working with children check, blue card, or safety screening
- PRODA.
- Police clearance

**Desirable**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience with Qikkids, Timetarget, and Educa (or similar equivalent platforms)
- Intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
