**Mō te Tūranga **| About the Role**

We currently have an exceptional role within Partnership Banking for a **Data Steward & Senior Operations Manager**.

Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will support the delivery and operation of wider transformation initiatives, to ensure that change management and operational requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.

With a strong focus on Data Governance, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the data and technology assets used within the Partnership Banking business unit are managed effectively.

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**

We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and tenacious with a commitment to continuous improvement. To be successful in this role you will also have:

- 3 - 5 years' experience within Banking, ideally in a senior or management role.
- Sound knowledge of information and data management concepts, as well as key concepts of critical data and data flows.
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to influence and foster collaboration.
- An understanding of data and information related regulations (desirable, not essential)
