We are seeking a Partnership & Onboarding Specialist, to join are growing team, You will require experience and skills in the following; - To manage the workflow to on board mainly high net-worth clients that have interests in using XE for their Foreign Exchange requirements. - You will conduct the initial introductory call, highlighting the benefits of Xe’s Money Transfer service and discuss the currency/payments needs of the customer. - You will assist customers with learning how to utilise Xe’s online platform to complete key tasks like creating new recipients and booking new deals. - You will identify clients which present a high-value opportunity to Xe, and share these with management, so they can determine the best way to assist the client. - You will meet key onboarding targets, in both conversion (converting inbound sales to active accounts, and activation (ensuring clients successfully complete their first trade). - Manage and maintain the partner database and help to develop and nurture key partnerships **Requirements**: Strong sales and negotiation skills Coachable and willingness to learn. Ability to clearly articulate features, advantages and benefits "FABs" of products and services. Able to resolve customer issues, queries and complaints in calm, courteous and professional manner. Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and numeracy skills. Ability to work in a team environment and have fun.
