Your main responsibilities will include:
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute the overall partnership strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and growth objectives. Identify new partnership opportunities and verticals for expansion.
- Partner referral program: Own the Tradify referral partner program to ensure it is fit for purpose and incentivises partners to refer. Partner with the marketing team to drive growth from the channel.
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new referrers, technology, reseller, industry and channel partners to extend the company’s reach and capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value partners, managing communication, expectations, and performance.
- Go-to-Market Collaborations: Collaborate with marketing and partners to create joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing initiatives, product integrations, and bundled offerings.
- Revenue Growth: Drive measurable revenue growth through partnerships, developing incentive programs and offers creating mutual value propositions that drive channel growth.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to align partnership efforts with company objectives and ensure successful execution of joint initiatives.
- Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell Tradify.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success and ROI of partnerships. Regularly report on partner performance, revenue contribution, and growth potential to senior leadership.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the SaaS ecosystem. Use this information to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.
**Requirements**:

- Have the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships and GTM opportunities
- Experience in identifying, testing and scaling new channels to drive acquisition
- Have the ability to track performance, measure ROI and CAC for partnership activity
- Are excited to constantly improve effectiveness and ROI
- Demonstrable experience developing a partnership strategy to drive growth and executing on it
Skills and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and product positioning.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across different teams and organizations.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
