We are seeking a Partnership & Onboarding Specialist, to join are growing team, You will require experience and skills in the following; - To manage the workflow to on board mainly high net-worth clients that have interests in using XE for their Foreign Exchange requirements. - You will conduct the initial introductory call, highlighting the benefits of Xe’s Money Transfer service and discuss the currency/payments needs of the customer. - You will assist customers with learning how to utilise Xe’s online platform to complete key tasks like creating new recipients and booking new deals. - You will identify clients which present a high-value opportunity to Xe, and share these with management, so they can determine the best way to assist the client. - You will meet key onboarding targets, in both conversion (converting inbound sales to active accounts, and activation (ensuring clients successfully complete their first trade). - Manage and maintain the partner database and help to develop and nurture key partnerships **Requirements**: - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Coachable and willingness to learn. - Ability to clearly articulate features, advantages and benefits "FABs" of products and services. - Able to resolve customer issues, queries and complaints in calm, courteous and professional manner. - Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and numeracy skills. - Ability to work in a team environment and have fun. - Understanding and experience with compliance and AML Regulations preferred. **Benefits** - Competitive market-based salary & Bonus scheme - KiwiSaver - Healthcare - 20 days annual leave increasing with each year of service (capped at 25 days) - Paid day off for your Birthday - Discounted Euronet Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) - Plumm Mental Health and Wellbeing
