We are looking for an Environment Manager for one of our clients in Auckland, New Zealand. Our client is a Global IT giant with a large presence all over the world.

**Short Description**:
If your passion is to work as an Environment Manager on SDLC environments, test and develop project portfolios, This is the right place for you.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Manage all SDLC environments (Test /Staging/Pre-Prod, DR etc.).
- Work with other members to ensure that environments are available to develop and test projects for the Project Portfolio.
- Cultivating strong, collaborative working relationships with the wider IT and business functions as well as 3rd parties, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
- Participate in and advise Change Advisory Board for Non Prod environments.
- Regularly update and make aware the stakeholders of the upcoming planned and non-planned project/operations activities that may or may not impact the Non Prod environment
- On-going development and evolution of key metrics and reporting mechanisms in order to monitor progress.
- Suggest and help implement the improvement processes or ways of improving the ongoing work.
- Should have excellent Verbal/Written communication skill working with various key stakeholders and support teams.
- Good knowledge of the IT Application Eco system, should have good understanding of Communication and Data issues within BSS and with external systems like ESB, IN etc.
