**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to join Edge who brings expertise and experience in the following:

- Circular Economy Strategy and Policy
- Whole of life cost/triple bottom line assessment
- Waste audit programme design and delivery
- Resource recovery strategy
- Life cycle assessment (LCA) and Environment Product Declarations (EPDs)

It would be also advantageous (however not essential) if you had expertise and experience in one or more of the following:

- Sustainability knowledge - experience using GRI Standards, UN Global Compact, or UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Sustainability Ratings planning and delivery (ISCA; Green Star)
- Sustainable procurement strategies and implementation
- Sustainable Change including behaviour change, systems thinking or theory of change best practices, principles, and experience putting them into practice
- Decarbonisaton strategies and action planning
- Climate Resilience

In this role, you will lead projects, build authentic relationships, and deliver engagement-focused and impactful work across our diverse clients.

You will also have the opportunity to shape and refine our offer to clients as well as build Edge’s reputation in new and exciting places.

**Qualifications**:
You will be client-focussed, known for your positive attitude, have strong interpersonal skills, and be seen as a trusted advisor.

To be successful in this role you will also have:

- A passion to use your skills for good and create a positive impact
- A proven track record of working autonomously
- Solid project management experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and delivery to deadlines
- Demonstrated experience working with sustainability, marketing, or investor relations teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A point of view on sustainability including key trends, best practices, and challenges and opportunities for change
- The ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- The ability to navigate complex client challenges (even if you don’t know the answer) and work with a team and project partners to success.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
