**The Job**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Practitioner experienced in employee relations, recruitment, managing the development, implementation and co-ordination of all HR and training related processes, programmes and initiatives across the store. Also, to coach, mentor and advise Management around HR related issues.
The primary focus of the Compliance side of this role is to ensure that the store meets all food safety, health and safety and council compliance regulations and legislation, as well as identifying and enforcing legislative requirements in the required timeframes to the specified standard.

This role would suit an outstanding leader of people who can coach, persuade and influence our management team. You must be well organised and be results focused. You must be able to listen, consult and be mindful of your impact on others.

In this role you will be able to develop and impact the store's culture of safety.

We are looking for the right person and will be flexible with hours and days of work.
