Are you a proactive and strategic HR professional ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to join our New Zealand team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, delivering expert advice and driving people initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

**Te āheinga - The opportunity**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across the NZ business.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Support the NZ People Lead to development and implementation of people strategies and policies.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to national and Pacific-wide People projects and programs.
- Support the delivery of training and development sessions for managers and employees.
- Evaluate and enhance People programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Mo koe - About you**:

- Qualifications in Human Resource Management and minimum 3 years HR experience.
- Proven experience providing expert HR advice to senior leaders, with strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices.
- Solid understanding of employment relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- A strategic thinker, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in interest in data and analytics
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
