Cartology is the Woolworths Groups stand-alone media business. The Cartology business was established with the aim of driving sales of in-store, digital and other media properties, whilst making it easier for suppliers to utilise our full range of media assets to deliver relevant messages to both new and existing customers.

As we continue to grow Cartology within the Woolworths NZ ecosystem, a key role to ensure our success will be our Senior Client Partnerships Managers.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Reporting to the Group Client Partnerships Manager, you will be charged with significantly growing multi-channel media sales from (supplier) clients to meet or exceed budgeted revenue objectives

Key Accountabilities:

- Deliver against your individual sales target by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Identify, qualify, pitch and close opportunities for new business leads, driving revenue growth across your allocated patch.
- Protect and grow existing trade spend, whilst also driving new revenue from clients’ marketing (brand) budgets.
- Mentor, coach and support more junior members of the team, ensuring perfect product knowledge and the ability for them to curate and sell all of Cartology’s media products, whilst meeting clients’ objectives and needs.
- Work closely with the Group Client Partnerships Manager, as well as other members of the team to develop and actively maintain an effective contact strategy.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunity, enabling you to provide updates on business reporting, including accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management for your allocated patch.
- Manage pricing (incentivised rates and yield management) in line with agreed parameters set in Cartology’s commercial strategy. Take an active lead in client engagements including presentations, workshops and other industry events.

**Your prior experience will likely reflect
- Significant experience in multi-channel media planning / sales
- Demonstrated success of growing multi-channel media sales across a range of different client types
- Experience with selling digital media based on target audience characteristics
- Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with multiple client contacts to deliver positive outcomes A high level of personal integrity, team orientation and communication skills
